Dr Sidery has been a Consultant in Anaesthetics and Pain Management at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital since 2008.
Dr Sidery has been a Consultant in Pain Management since 2008, managing a wide range of painful conditions. These include chronic back pain, sciatica, cervical pain, complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), neuropathic pain, whiplash injuries and headache.
With a specialist interest in spinal chord stimulation (SCS) for the management of neuropathic chronic pain and complex regional pain syndrome, Dr Sidery is Lead Clinician for Neuromodulation at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. This role has included field trials on new technical developments as well as delivering education at local, national and international levels. He is also experienced in presenting on subjects relevant to medicolegal aspects of Pain Management to Lawyers across the UK, and has attended Court to provide oral evidence.
He is now an established medical expert and has been providing medicolegal services with Pain Expert since July 2013.
